INFORMATION: NEON is an award-winning film studio and distributor celebrated for amplifying bold, diverse voices and pushing the boundaries of storytelling. This rebranded identity captures NEON’s experimental spirit and commitment to redefining narrative conventions.

The design system reflects NEON’s ethos of disruption and innovation. A custom logo, blending geometric glyphs with Neue Montreal typography, balances clarity and impact. The minimalist palette of matte black and white ensures the films remain the focus, while warmer tones convey inclusivity.

Inspired by pixels and media editing keyframes, the logo evolves from structured, block-like forms to layered, dynamic shapes as it scales. This transformation mirrors the multi-faceted nature of NEON’s storytelling. A skewed “O” symbolizes forward motion and adaptability, doubling as a frame for film stills and accommodating various aspect ratios.
